The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by mapping the market.
2. Create and implement tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their requirements and promoting our services.
4. Collaborate with the Resource team who will fill roles and oversee the entire candidate journey.
5. Play a key role in growing our business and fostering new client relationships.
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
6. Has proven experience in a sales-focused recruitment role with a track record of high performance.
7. Ideally has experience in the Energy sector (though experience in other sectors will also be considered).
8. Is a self-starter with a willingness to learn and immerse themselves in the energy sector.
9. Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
10. Is highly ambitious and aspires to progress into a leadership or management role.
11. Possesses a high level of spoken and written English.
