Your new role
Hays is working with a well-known organisation in South Bristol who are looking for a temporary payroll administrator for approximately 2 months. Pay for the role is dependent on level of experience. The organisation can offer hybrid working, 1–2 days from home. The main duties of the role include:
1. Processing payroll in a timely manner - weekly, 2 weekly and monthly
2. Creating and maintaining employee payroll records by gathering and inputting data
3. Calculating wages and deductions based on employees' attendance, identifying discrepancies
4. Reconciling payroll reports
5. Answering any pay queries from employees
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience processing payroll
2. Experience multitasking in a role at a fast pace
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
5. High level of customer service
