Job Description: Are you passionate about customer service and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Part Time Customer Service Administrator to join our team at the Coalville site. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole
Coordinating daily service reports, daily calls with customers, and using various internal/external IT systems.
Processing customer invoices and inputting invoice data on various systems.
Managing customer relationships and associated administrative duties, including answering all queries via email and phone.
Production of KPI's and daily statistics.
Investigating and resolving order/delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will be a point of contact for customers, internal and external teams so strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
Experience using Excel as you will be updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
The job can be fast-paced and pressurised, but you will receive the support and training needed to be successful in the role.Requirements:
Previous experience of working in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
Attention to detail.
Working to deadlines.
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
