Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes. Manage a substantial caseload, providing expert advice and representation to high-net-worth individuals and complex family law cases. Provide leadership and guidance to junior solicitors, trainees, and support staff within the team. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional client care throughout the legal process. Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as required. Contribute to business development and marketing activities to promote the firm’s family law services. Essential Requirements: 5-10 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with a strong focus on family law. Proven experience handling a diverse range of family law cases, including high-net-worth and complex matters. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with experience in mediation and litigation. Ability to manage a team, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the department's growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with empathy.
