Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Customer Service Administrator to oversee the sales order process from start to finish. In this fast-paced role, you will manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the clothing industry to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders through the company's system and ensure all details are accurately entered. Liaise with customers to agree on delivery schedules and ensure that all customer requirements are met. Work closely with production and stock teams to ensure the availability of materials and finished goods to fulfil orders. Arrange and schedule pick-ups and deliveries, maintaining regular communication with transport companies to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Generate and process invoices, ensuring accurate pricing and application of relevant discounts. Collaborate with the finance team to manage credit control, including chasing overdue payments and ensuring continued service to customers in good standing. Requirements: Previous experience in a sales operations or customer service role within the clothing or embroidery services industry is ideal. Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships. Able to think quickly and find solutions to new challenges, with attention to detail and a proactive approach. Proficient in using common office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and able to learn the companys internal systems quickly.
