Working with people living with life-limiting illness, whether that be in their homes or in the Hospice, is very different from working in a hospital. You have more time to spend caring for each patient, getting to know them and their support network, and can make a real difference in helping improve their quality of life.
We are looking for caring, empathetic, and compassionate registered nurses with excellent communication skills, who are organised and able to assess, prioritise and understand the needs of those receiving palliative end-of-life care.
Working as part of a team, our palliative care nurses use a patient-centred approach and evidence-based practices to administer medication and treatment as prescribed in accordance with the NMC and the Trust's policies.
This is a great time to join a long-standing and well-regarded palliative care provider who is passionate about providing person-centred care and developing their people.
If this opportunity interests you, you have a minimum of 1 year’s experience and are registered with the NMC, simply click to apply.
