Located in the beautiful heart of Warwickshire, we want to expand our team with a dedicated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager. This key role will drive our digital customer acquisition and conversion strategies, setting new standards in the property rental market.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be optimising all digital acquisition channels to improve conversion rates. Your expertise in digital marketing and passion for driving revenue growth through increased conversions will make you an integral part of our team. With a track record of enhancing customer engagement and navigating them through a seamless journey from first click to sale, you will be in the driving seat of our digital marketing efforts.
Develop and execute a robust digital marketing and acquisition strategy, focusing on optimising conversion rates across all digital channels.
Lead the optimisation of PPC campaigns, social media marketing, partnerships, and referral programmes with a strong focus on improving ROI through enhanced conversions.
Conduct in-depth digital marketing data analysis to make informed decisions that boost campaign performance and conversion rates.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and optimised customer journey from initial digital engagement to transaction completion.
Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and CRO, ensuring Lettingaproperty.com remains at the forefront of digital innovation within the property rental industry.
Regularly measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns with a special emphasis on conversion metrics, evaluating them against our goals (ROI and KPIs).
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in B2C and B2B digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital client acquisition and conversion rate optimisation.
Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising campaigns, focusing on conversion optimisation.
Creativity in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage and inform and drive conversions.
Proficiency in using website analytics tools (e.g., Up-to-date knowledge of the latest online marketing trends, best practices in conversion optimisation, and measurement tools.
Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and a knack for identifying improvements in the customer journey to enhance conversion rates.
