Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in security products such as fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and CCTV. This is a hybrid role that involves managing existing accounts as well as generating new business in order to drive revenue growth. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors and resellers
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Provide product training and support to channel partners to increase their product knowledge and sales capabilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through to installation and support
* Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments in order to identify new business opportunities
* Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the security industry
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3. Strong account management and relationship-building skills
