If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and wanting to work full-time, look no further – we have the perfect opportunity for you located near the beautiful historic town of Ruthin In the role of Packing & Despatch Operative, you will be: Safely and efficiently picking and packing orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are securely packaged and quality checked Preparing shipping documents Processing orders and payments Liaising with customers Assisting with stock control, packing stock items, and re-stocking, inputting stock into the stock control system, and stock ordering General day to day administration duties To be successful in the role of Packing & Despatch Operative you must: Have previous experience in similar role Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, and an enthusiastic quick learner Have basic computer skills (essential) Ability to work under pressure in a challenge fast moving environment eCommerce and administration experience would be an advantage This is a full-time temporary role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through to Friday with no weekend working required. The role is currently being offered on a temporary basis with the possibly of the role going permanent for the right candidate. £12.50 per hour holiday pay.
