The Role As a Commercial Coordinator, you’ll assist in managing costs, contracts, and procurement, working closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and managing contracts, purchase orders, and invoices Support cost tracking, budget control, and financial reporting Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and manage procurement Maintain accurate commercial records, including variations and claims Ensure compliance with contract terms, payment schedules, and financial regulations Provide administrative support to the commercial team and assist with invoicing What We’re Looking For Experience in a commercial or financial administration role within construction Knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control processes Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial software (COINS, SAP, or similar) Excellent communication and organisational skills Understanding of UK construction regulations is a plus What’s in It for You?
