Housing scheme coordinator, temporary position, immediate start available Your new company Hays have been appointed by a leading housing Association to recruit a Scheme coordinator to cover a temporary requirement within their organisation. There is an immediate start available. Your new role As scheme coordinator, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting members of the public living in the housing area. Your key duties will include providing prospective tenants with information on the scheme and its services. Completing pre-tenancy requirements and signing up new tenants. Responding, recording and assisting with investigation of disputes in accordance with policies and procedures. Maintaining tenant information records. You will take details and report any property maintenance issues. Record visits by contractors. Assist tenants with queries in a professional and efficient manner, following up accordingly. Complete general administration duties. What you'll need to succeed As scheme coordinator, essentially, you will be able to demonstrate recent experience providing professional and paid support / care services. Have excellent communication skills. You will have experience completing administration duties including collating and organising records. It is important that you have good IT skills and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision.
