The successful candidate will have full management accounts prep experience and be looking for a fast-paced business where they can add value at a growth stage. Job Title: Finalist or Chartered Management Accountant Location: Hospitality Brand About Us: We are a fast growing hospitality brand seeking a passionate, dedicated management accountant to become part of our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities: ● Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports f our portfolio companies. ● Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimise business growth. ● Monitor variances, provide insights, and recommend corrective actions. ● Partner with business stakeholders, to deliver financial support and strategic guidance. ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain financial controls. ● Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. ● Proactively determine opportunities to streamline and/or automate processes. Qualification ● Experience in management accounting, ideally in a hospitality environment. ● ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or a finalist ● Advanced MS Excel skills ● Good knowledge of accounting systems and integrations (Xero/Sage/Opsyte) ● Understanding of Accounting regulations and legislation. ● Ability to organise/prioritise work in and around deadlines, workloads, and conflicting priorities ● Excellent cash flow management skills ● Strong attention to detail in delivering consistently accurate work. ● Positive, enthusiastic and “can do” attitude to work.
