This is a great chance for an ambitious marketer to be heavily involved in growth and evolution of not just our business, but our clients' businesses too. We’re a small but vibrant agency, and you’ll be working as an integral part of our team helping with the strategy, creation and execution of marketing content for a range of clients. You will be responsible for taking the key messages of our clients and communicating them across their social media platforms effectively and creatively, so you'll need to have lots of creativity and be extremely savvy across digital and socials. What you'll be doing: Helping to develop social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. Assisting our team to analyse the long-term needs of our clients social media strategies and offering quarterly reports, outlining any necessary changes to the overall social media marketing plan. Building and delivering monthly social media plans as part of a wider marketing strategy. Crafting original content, catered to various social media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, TikTok, Reels, etc) that is valuable and aligns with the brand identity. Creating engaging, topical social media content to respond to current trends and conversation. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing with innovative ideas for the creation of new social media strategies and campaigns. Regularly identify and test new approaches to maximise engagement. Monitor trends in social media applications and help research and deliver on new tactics to engage with new and existing audiences. Developing great relationships with a wide range of clients, so you need to be confident but also down-to-earth and eager to do a great job. What you'll need: 1 years in a creative or social media role. Canva & Capcut experience. Remarkable skills in digital and social media. Strong copywriting skills. Creative and dynamic mindset. Self-management experience. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Adaptable, dynamic, and quick-thinking approach. Exceptional client relationship skills.
