We are seeking a skilled Resourcing Manager to join our team at Gap Personnel.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement. This will involve:
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
* Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
* Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and excellent communication skills. A background in HR or recruitment is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The salary range for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus scheme. Additional benefits include:
