Trinity are hiring a Works Support Scheduling Administrator to assist the Works team in their day-to-day activities, providing administration duties as and when required to all members of the Works team. Booking & coordination of the small works engineers & compiling O&M manuals for completed contracts/works. You will be working as part of a larger Works team, who will provide the support and training required to thrive within the role of Works Support Scheduling Administrator. Principal Responsibilities • Booking & coordination of works engineers. • Compiling O&M manuals for completed contracts/works. • Completing RAMS for works jobs as required. • Produce commissioning/modification certification for completed contracts. • Schedule delivery requirements for Project Manager (s)/Engineer (s) • Complete contracts RTI’s within month end deadlines. • Complete embedded proposals/quotations on Focalpoint from information provided by others. • Assist Department with typing letters/ faxes and deal or assist with customer queries. • Responsible for all general department filing and preparation of correspondence and correspondence to be posted. • Help establish and develop best work practises and procedures to help develop internal systems as well as own role. Skills • Able to work well on own initiative as well as being a strong team player. • Self-motivated and have a methodical approach. • Ability to communicate fluently with customers, suppliers and internal staff. • Ability to resolve customer related issues. • Ability to prioritise workloads to meet agreed deadlines.
