GSL Education are in search of a Female PE (Physical Education) Teacher to fill a post at one of our client schools in Chatham, Kent.

The school is a top-performing secondary school that’s part of the TSA (Thinking Skills Assessment) Trust. Each week during form time, we focus on different rights through discussions and reflection activities. The institute also have a steering group where students discuss their rights. Our goal is to foster a school community that understands and respects everyone’s rights.
Responsibilities of a Female PE Teacher:
* Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons to secondary school students.
* Encourage participation in sports and physical activities.
* Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude towards physical fitness.
* Organise and supervise school sports events and extracurricular activities.
* Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements of a Female PE Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching PE in secondary schools.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Passionate about promoting physical fitness and well-being.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
