As a People Partner, you’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team that plays a key role in nurturing a high-performance culture. The People team is central to ensuring Raylo is not just a great place to work, but also an environment where individuals and teams thrive.
In this role, you will partner with leaders and managers across the business to drive employee engagement, support talent development, and ensure an exceptional employee experience. You’ll be responsible for embedding people strategies that align with Raylo’s mission, values, and growth trajectory. From delivering strategic initiatives to providing hands-on support to managers, this role will be a blend of operational excellence and strategic impact.

By ensuring our people are empowered, engaged, and equipped to succeed, you’ll directly contribute to achieving our mission of creating a more sustainable future. What you'll do...
1. Partner with leaders and managers across teams to deliver tailored people solutions, fostering engagement, performance, and development.
2. Lead on strategic projects such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and learning and development.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design.
4. Analyse people data and feedback to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive initiatives that improve the employee experience.
5. Collaborate with the wider People team on initiatives such as onboarding, career development, and company-wide engagement programmes.
6. Develop and deliver targeted training and development programmes specifically for the Operations Team to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
7. Play a key role in embedding our values and strengthening our culture across all touch points.
8. Partner with the business on succession planning, coaching leaders, and building high-performing teams.
You'll succeed with...
1. 3-5 years of experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role, ideally within a scale-up or fast-paced environment.
2. A proven track record of partnering with leaders to deliver impactful people strategies.
3. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
5. A data-driven mindset, with experience using people data to inform strategies and solutions.
6. A collaborative and proactive approach, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
7. Experience in coaching managers and enabling them to develop high-performing teams.
In People & Talent, we embrace hybrid working to foster collaboration and productivity. We work in the office every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for valuable in-person collaboration with colleagues, which is key to our success. On Tuesdays and Fridays, we work from home to focus on individual tasks and deep work.
