As the Project Manager - Decarbonisation and Planned Investment, you will be delivering their Warm Homes Programme for energy and thermal improvement measures and the delivery and planned capital works programmes to their properties. Description As the Project Manager - Decarbonisation and Planned Investment, you will be responsible for the below: The primary focus for this role is to project manage our investment work contracts. To ensure works are delivered to a high standard, which also delivers excellent customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide regular project updates and management reports. This role will also minimise costs of the service and enhance value for money, while still achieving the expected service standards. To deliver the investment and planned works programmes in line with our Asset Management Strategy. Investment works include kitchens, bathrooms, window, doors and roof replacements. Planned works include cyclical decoration and repairs to our schemes and other ad-hoc planned works as required. Lead on the delivery of energy and decarbonisation programmes based on asset data to meet specified targets (i.e. EPC Level C and Net Zero) and explore and secure external funding opportunities where possible. Develop and implement programmes for decarbonisation to meet Net Zero targets and incorporate a retrofit approach to meet these targets ensuring that the relevant PAS standards are met, and works are carried out by our accredited contractors. Be responsible for overseeing and delivering all work programmes across the stock portfolio ensuring work is delivered to the required standards. Set budgets, procure and manage works in line with investment programmes and annual budgets. Procure consultants and where required develop design briefs for the services needed to deliver programmes of work and monitor their performance to ensure they deliver work to the agreed standard and timescales. Procure works with contractors, with or without consultants, to deliver programmes of work in accordance with procurement legislation and Transform's Contract and Tendering Procedures and Standing Orders and monitor their performance to ensure they deliver work to the agreed standard and timescales Communicate and work with all staff and residents where applicable for the purpose of this role. Take ownership and responsibility for relevant databases holding asset management and stock condition data, and ensure data is captured, up to date and accurate, and where required commission surveys to obtain data. Manage, update, and analyse asset management and stock condition survey data to facilitate planning and costing of investment programmes across the stock portfolio, and produce reports at specified frequencies. Develop and ensure that stock condition data and planned investment programmes meet the required legislation and regulatory standards, along with organisational aspirations and changes within the Social and Supported Housing sectors.
