About the job
We have a rare opportunity for a position in our People and Culture team, with the newly created role of Communications Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Drafting and scheduling communications on various internal and external platforms.
2. Managing a busy, shared email inbox.
3. Gathering content for corporate publications, newsletters, and Coastline’s website.
4. Filming, photographing, and generating content at internal and external events.
5. Managing monthly staff initiatives and generating reports.
6. Responding to incoming queries from colleagues, members of the public, MPs, and other stakeholders.
A driving licence is required. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential, as the role will be busy and diverse.
