About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Retirement Development Manager at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a background in administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our retirement development, ensuring that all aspects of the property run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the development, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
* Coordinating with external partners and suppliers to ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
