Description
We are looking to hire a CRM Executive to join the ranks at Disturbia to execute our retention marketing strategy and help nurture our growing customer base. Your purpose is to help turn our first-time customers into loyal advocates of the brand whilst delivering performance versus target.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and manage the email marketing calendar to align with the overall trading calendar.
2. Develop and maintain our automation flows and lifecycle communications via Klayvio.
3. Responsible for briefing, creative and segmentation of our email marketing notifications.
4. A/B testing of campaigns to drive efficient growth by improving open rates, click-through rates and ultimately conversions.
5. Manage our email marketing calendar working closely with the E-commerce and design teams to drive trading performance.
6. Reporting & analysis of customer behaviour in terms of customer cohorts, loyalty and premier delivery customer and how they perform versus business goals.
7. Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting on customer performance to key stakeholders across the business.
8. Keep up to date with ongoing changes and industry changes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Ideally have experience working in CRM for a D2C fashion ecommerce brand.
2. Expertise in Klayvio (or similar) ESP platform.
3. Experience using Google Analytics for reporting & analysis.
4. Proactive and results-oriented who strives in fast growth environments.
