Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic Older Persons Community Mental Health Team based at Princess Road Clinic in Malton - Ryedale MHSOP CMHT. As a senior practitioner you will have a genuine interest in collaborative working with older adults experiencing functional and/or organic mental health problems including their carers and families. You will help the team to provide wellbeing and recovery focused care for individuals with complex and challenging mental health needs, including dementia, depression, anxiety and psychotic illnesses, within community-based settings.
