Job Summary This role will be instrumental in helping CCS deliver the fast-paced partnership environment and will focus on leading key sector areas as part of the delivery of this role. Aligning to a sector focus around our partnerships, will ensure the needs of key partners are developed with key stakeholders. It will also ensure the Business Plan and sector strategies are supported and executed. The post holder will support the Head of Partnership Operations and Performance in driving real value across CCS and building strong stakeholder relationships with its partners. Directorate Overview The aim of the Customer Experience Directorate (CXD) is to embed a customer-first mentality across CCS, in all ways of working, and at every point of customer interaction. We bring the voice of the customer to CCS to help them find the right commercial solution for their needs, whether thats through effective marketing and communication or personalised account management. An example of the breadth of scope for CXD is our work with the NHS last year to provide solutions for virtual wards. Working in collaboration with NHS England we developed Spark (The Innovation Marketplace) to become the recommended route for NHS organisations to source virtual wards and remote monitoring services. This has allowed: over 100,000 patients to recover at home with hospital-level care help speed up their recovery, while freeing up hospital beds for patients who needed them most Team Summary The post holder will join a small, yet ambitious and forward-thinking Partnerships team, which has established an enterprise-wide governance process on how CCS enters, manages, and operates its partnerships. This team's rigour and strategic approach have enabled CCS to effectively use its partnerships to achieve growth and ensure that it is all about putting its customers needs first. There are no line management responsibilities at this current time with this role. Job description Key Accountabilities: Using your sector intelligence, lead all partnerships related to key sectors, providing key leadership and insight to internal and external stakeholders Provide guidance and support in implementing the Partnerships operational processes, through establishing, building, and maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally Take the lead in managing the operational implementation of the Partnership process. This will include supporting the installation of a new partnership by developing the contractual documentation (Commercial Partnership Agreement and/or MoU) and key templates and liaising and meeting with CCS and Partner stakeholders to deliver these arrangements. These agreements will drive real benefit to CCS customers and suppliers and the post holder will need to manage all elements of the agreement process Lead in contractual processes and legal terms when developing partnership agreements, and in working with the Policy/Legal Disputes team and Government Legal Department, ensure Commercial Partnership Agreements and MoUs are fully compliant Working with the other Senior Partnerships Lead, provide a key role at Partnership Board meetings and assist in managing the strategic outputs from these meetings. Engage across the enterprise, forming unique networks to ensure CCS teams are well-informed and prepared before submitting to the Board Lead and own the partnership journeys utilising strategic relationship management on live and in-development partnerships providing key intelligence and advice where necessary. This will involve monitoring the product development process and guiding internal teams on the partnership governance process Working collaboratively with the other Senior Partnerships Lead, representing partnerships at governance boards such as Pre-Product Portfolio Authority, Commercial Agreements Advisory Approvals Board (CAAAB), and other channels, providing strategic and effective advice and support Work collaboratively with the other Senior Partnerships Lead, Partnerships Delivery Manager, and the Commercial Intelligence team to continue to build an understanding of the market and commercial landscape. This will involve co-managing and contributing to developing the Partner & Competitor Landscape tool, the Partnership Tracker, and the Operational Performance Log, taking direct ownership of all partnership operational management activities related to this role.
