HR Coordinator – EMEA | Global Financial Services | Hybrid | Competitive Salary
Are you an ambitious HR professional looking to develop your career in a global financial services firm? We’re seeking an HR Coordinator to provide key operational support across EMEA, ensuring a seamless employee experience while driving process improvements.
In this role, you’ll manage onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and ensuring all HR-related queries are handled efficiently. You’ll coordinate family leave and other absence-related matters, work closely with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate data management, and support employee relations cases by preparing documentation and taking minutes. Additionally, you’ll assist with global mobility, helping to coordinate international relocations and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll play an active role in process optimisation, using data insights to drive improvements and enhance efficiency across HR workflows. You’ll contribute to policy development, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues across the region to share best practices.
