We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SRP Lead Teacher who is committed to empowering children to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a deep belief in every child’s ability to succeed, providing them with the tools and support they need to become independent and resilient learners.
Reculver CEP School is looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, committed, and able to work well in a team and who wants to make a difference every day.
The SRP Lead Teacher will co-ordinate and manage the Special Resource Provision (SRP) for Cognition and Learning in the school. They will be responsible for day-to-day organisation and operation of the SRP and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils allocated a place in the SRP. Working alongside the SENCO they will also provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents or carers and other agencies.
