We have two fantastic opportunities for 2 part time Assistant Retail Managers in our boutique style High Street charity shop in Marlborough. This is not your average charity shop. Housed in a listed building selling high quality donated menswear and ladies fashion; vintage collectables; occasional furniture and home decor. As an Assistant Shop Manager, you’ll support the full time Manager in the smooth running of a profitable high quality charity shop, using your experience to sort, prepare and price donated stock, create enticing window displays and deliver a memorable shopping experience acting as the face of Helen & Douglas House onto the local community. You will act as a role model for volunteers and other staff members, living the Hospice values, so ideally you will have previous experience in managing teams effectively in a retail or not for profit sector environment. You will be commercially focused, have a passion to achieve stretching sales targets consistently and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service that delights and inspires. Good administration, cash handling and IT skills are going to help you achieve in this role.
