We are looking for a Scheduler to join our fast-paced team, ensuring the efficient coordination of repairs for our social housing customers. What will my working week look like?
You will be homebased, living within 25 miles of our Head Office in Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed. Realistically, you will be required to visit our Head Office approximately once a week.
What will I be responsible for doing?
You will be comfortable demonstrating the YHG values to provide an exceptional reactive repair planning service for our customers. You will be responsible for managing and prioritising diaries for a team of regional based operatives whilst also managing inbound contacts from internal and external customers. As part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for efficiently planning and prioritising repairs in customers’ homes, communicating with them promptly and effectively to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Preferably you will…
* Have experience of scheduling in a repairs and maintenance service.
* Have experience of a dynamic scheduling system but training will be provided for the right person.
* Have experience in the social housing sector.
