AXA Ireland is recruiting for a new role as Brand Campaigns Lead.
As a Brand Lead for AXA Insurance Ireland, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the brand presence in the local market. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can develop and implement effective brand strategies that drive brand equity and differentiate AXA from its competitors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of local brand campaigns that resonate with Irish customers and align with AXA's global brand messaging. With a focus on customer engagement, the Brand Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all brand activities are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on AXA's brand presence in Ireland and help drive the company's success in the market.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Responsible for adapting and localising global brand campaigns for the Irish market.
2. Develop local brand campaigns tailored to our AXA Ireland customers.
3. Formulate and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated brand management.
5. Analyse brand performance and optimise future strategies using data-driven insights.
6. Ensure brand compliance, manage budgets, and engage with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5 years’ experience in development and delivery of effective social media strategy and sponsorship activities, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
2. A third level or post graduate qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing is essential.
3. Working knowledge & understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools; exposure to working with Khoros and Talkwalker tools (or similar) for social media management and analytics would benefit.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing campaigns.
6. Effective project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
