TheRole We know that our success depends on the integrity and skillsof our staff. This challenging and rewarding role will put you at theforefront of our organisation and you will be the first point of contact forour customers looking to bring their complaint to us. You will manage customers expectations by building anin-depth knowledge of the LGSCOs role and that of local public services andadult social care providers. Your experience of processing information, on the telephone,electronically or in writing is key to helping the organisation succeed. Location Our office is located at Cheylesmore House, 5 Quinton Road,Coventry CV1 2WT. Most of the training will be conducted in the office. Duringthe training/probation period an office presence in Coventry will be requiredand individuals will be expected to attend in person to team meetings, trainingor other meetings as and when required. Hybrid working will be subject tomanager approval at the end of the probation period.
