You will join us as a graduate recruitment consultant. A recruitment consultant manages the entire recruitment process, from securing clients to placing candidates.
Role -
* Generating new sales and leads.
* Following up all potential sales leads.
* Liaising with new and existing clients.
* Interviewing and registering new candidates.
* Cold calling/headhunt calling
* Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.
* Developing your personal brand on LinkedIn.
* Posting job adverts on indeed/LinkedIn
* Building strong candidate relationships.
* Updating our CRM system on a regular basis.
* Compliance and industry knowledge.
What we look for:
* Degree educated before starting (2.1 or above preferred)
* Presentable (happy wearing corporate office attire)
* Sporting background/achievements (preferred)
* Confident communicator
