We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in providing guidance and support to children. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in similar settings such as Teaching Assistant, Youth Work, Family Support Work, Behaviour Mentor or Children’s Residential Support Work.
We are working with SEN (Primary and Secondary) across the West Midlands, focusing on long-term and permanent employment, meaning that you return to the SAME school every day, therefore offering consistency not only to staff, but for the students also, with often this resulting in you transferring across onto schools contract.
Working with such a range of different school settings means that we have endless opportunities to suit exactly what you are looking for – aligning with your skillset and experience. We would discuss this further with you during the initial phone call to see how we can best support. We do work with a variety of school settings, such as PRU/ AP/ PMLD/ SEMH / SEN/ ASC/ ADHD.
