Sub800 are seeking an experienced and ambitious New York City Relationship Manager to join our growing NYC (London Based) team. With sub800’s NYC expansion on the horizon, we are delighted to begin growing this division to bring the sub800 across the pond. You will report to the CEO, while being supported by the UK Sales and Marketing Team.

NYC Relationship Manager Responsibilities
The sub800 brand is at a pivotal point where exponential growth is upon us. As such we are looking to grow our NYC (London based) team to take the sub800 brand to the states. Some of the responsibilities of the NYC Relationship Manager are:
* Learning the intricacies of sub800: The NYC Relationship Manager will be responsible for educating the NYC broker and agent market in the sub800 brand, therefore their knowledge of sub800 needs to be second to none.
* Travel to NYC: The ability to take regular trips to NYC, representing sub800 to the broker and agent communities. The trips will provide a vital opportunity for you to build relationships that will benefits sub800’s lead and acquisitions flow.
* Broker Relationships: With the brand in NYC in its infancy, it is vital that sub800 begin building relationships with brokers. This will consist of educating, entertaining and researching to ensure we are known by across NYC – helping with increased lead generation
* Agent Relationships: The acquisitions of workspaces are crucial to ensure we are providing a variety of options to our potential clients. Therefore, the NYC Relationship Manager will be responsible for building relationships with NYC Agents.
* NYC Promotions: With growing knowledge of the NYC market, you will be crucial in pitching broker and agent promotions to increase lead generation and workspace acquisitions.
* sub800 Availability: The availability of our workspaces needs to be consistently maintained to ensure our partners can see our most up-to-date workspace options.
* Leading NYC: Taking the lead for knowledge of the NYC Market. You will be closely supported by the London Sales and Marketing Team.
Qualities and Experience You Will Have Includes
* 3-5 years’ experience in the Workspace Industry
* Strong workspace industry knowledge
* Pre-established NYC broker and agent relationships if preferable, but not essential
* Ability and experience to build meaningful relationships
* Strong communication skills
* Personable
* Problem solving
* Organisation
* Desire to travel
