Digital Forensic & Incident Response Analyst - Circa £65,000 - UK
An opportunity to join an exciting cyber consultancy with an established and growing DFIR team.
You will be working on a range of cyber investigations from large corporations to matters of national security & military defense to small breaches/incidents. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone from a security operations background who has moved into DFIR or pure incident response for the past 6+ months and would love to progress in their career further in cyber incident response.

Responsibilities of a Digital Forensic & Incident Response Analyst:
* Assists in managing incident response cases and digital forensic investigations.
* Demonstrates expertise in Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) investigations involving computers, mobile devices, cloud environments, networks, and servers.
* Possesses hands-on proficiency with tools including X-Ways, EnCase, Axiom, Cellebrite, FTK, and Volatility, among others.
* Has experience addressing incidents such as ransomware, malware, phishing, email compromise, and DDoS attacks, while not claiming specialization in any one area.
* Familiar with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
* Proven track record as a consultant, effectively liaising with diverse clients.
If you have any DFIR SANS certifications or CREST certifications this would be beneficial.
