Our school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and committed key stage two class teacher to join our teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective practitioner to join us at Richard de Clare Community Academy. We are looking to appoint a creative and motivated individual who holds the belief that every child has the potential to succeed and has the potential to motivate, inspire and challenge pupils to ensure that everyone achieves their full potential. As part of a Multi Academy Trust that holds CPD at the highest possible regard, we can offer a supportive program for Early Career Teachers and a coaching program to support 'fast track into leadership' for teachers with the desire for professional growth.

3. Has a good understanding of the effective teaching of core and wider curriculum subjects
