In our Global Product Group – Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service, we are constantly evolving and improving our offerings and solutions to be able to offer our customers the full benefit of our technology and innovation, within highly effective Business Models that would support our Global customers achieve their energy needs while improving efficiency, saving resources and reducing emissions.
Working within the Hub Europe of the Grid and Power Quality Solutions and Service Product Group, you will support the Management team to increase our Market penetration, and implementing our Strategy by continuously interfacing with the various departments within the Global Product Group and Operating Units within the Hub Europe. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Sales of Hub Europe and will drive the Sales of Large Projects focused on Renewables, Industries and Utilities to best serve our Customers and the growing market.
Your responsibilities
1. You work with the key Customers on strategic large opportunities in the various Markets and Segments to further develop these opportunities into orders
2. You would need to be self driven, utilizing all available resources and engaging internal and external stakeholders to position ourselves toward a winning result
3. You will drive the Capture team approach with a cross functional and business unit team to develop the strategy to capture these key opportunities
4. You would need to work with various stakeholders internally to ensure full drive and transparency in order to develop the best solution that would fit within the customer expectations
5. You will utilize our existing business models and further develop long term partnership with these customers to secure best solutions for our customer within the portfolio offered
6. You will work with our Segment Leaders and local Marketing & Sales teams to implement mechanisms such as Frame Agreement and Capacity Reservation Agreements for securing opportunities while ensuring that are able to fulfil customers requirement from delivery times, optimized technical solutions and business models that will enable best value for our Customers and Hitachi Energy
7. You will work with the various respective local Operating units Sales and Tendering teams, other Business Units within Hitachi Energy and our Supply Chain Management on the strategy to fulfil our customers requirement
8. You will continuously work on ensuring the opportunities are developed within the Strategy of the organization and manage and mitigate the risk of the opportunities while creating opportunities for future growth by the project execution team

Your background
10. A degree in Engineering, Business or Management or other relevant subjects
11. More than 15 years of experience in Sales, focus on large and complex multi faceted, cross country opportunities with a good track record of success within the within the Electrical and Power Industry
12. Self driven and experienced in driving the success of Large Sales Orders working with different stakeholders and able to bring cross functional teams together
13. Experiences in working in a multicultural environment, across different regions
14. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
