Job Description
As a French-Speaking Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, playing a key role in expanding our franchise network. Your mission will be to identify, engage, and onboard potential franchisees, with a focus on French-speaking markets. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and the management teams in the different regions.
Please note you MUST be able to travel to our office in Kings Hill, Kent on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential franchisee candidates for French-speaking regions. Management of our online presence and communication (e-mailing campaigns and social media calendar).
* Proactive Outreach: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, showcasing the ERA Group franchise opportunity. Coordinate the creation of new in-language marketing materials (print and digital).
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing in-depth information about our franchise model, robust support systems, and unique benefits.
* Personalized Follow-Up: Manage and personalize follow-up communications to address prospects’ questions and concerns, guiding them through the decision-making process.
* Seamless Coordination: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient franchisee onboarding experience.
* Insightful Reporting: Keep detailed records of interactions and provide regular updates to the business development team to refine our approach and strategy.
What You Bring
* Language Proficiency: Native French and native or fluent English are essential for effective communication. French language skills essential, with a high proficiency in verbal and written selling skills.
* Proven Experience: A background in business development, sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for engaging and persuading potential franchisees.
* Driven and Independent: A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
* Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory—your experience and skills are what truly matter.
