Responsibilities:
* Ensure all quotes and orders are processed in line with the sales guidelines
* Support relevant regions where and when required
* Upholding great response times
* Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
* Efficiently handle multiple requests of order processing from various regional managers
* Sales orders – entering and managing orders
* Quotations - creating and sending quotes to customers when required
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
* To aid the company to meet sales targets and report any deviations
* Stay up-to-date with new products and features
* Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales contracts, and invoices
* Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
* Keeping an eye on all open sales orders to ensure goods are reserved and dispatched in time
Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales administrator
* Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
* Intermediate excel and IT skills
* Understanding of various sales/quote KPI’s
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* Project and time management skills
* Ability to work under strict deadlines
* Experience in the aerospace industry will also be seen as an advantage
