Our client is a well established company seeking an Operations Administrator to provide maternity cover. You will be responsible for a range of duties which ensure effective team co-ordination and work processes throughout the office. Day today duties will include:
* Managing daily schedules
* Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
* Ensuring communication between different departments
* Overseeing project resources
* Arranging production meetings
* Answering and managing customer requests
* Assisting on client calls
* Managing meeting agendas, follow up reports and minutes
* Analysis project data / timeline / budget
You will need to be highly organised and confident tracking multiple tasks across various projects. You will need strong communication skills, and have prior experience creating documentation and proofreading / reporting.
The company are ideally looking to work on 6-9 months maternity leave, with potential for the contract to be extended
