Role Summary:
LCCC has a culture of continuous improvement, employee idea contributions, as well as change being at the heart of our business model. We work in the energy sector, where continual regulatory and market driven change are prevalent, and are taking on new roles to support the delivery of Net Zero schemes.
This Change Analyst will be part of the Change and New Business Implementation team responsible for managing and facilitating a variety of changes across the organisation. This includes supporting the implementation of digital solutions and financial settlements of Power Carbon Capture & Storage and Hydrogen; major changes to the Contracts for Difference scheme for future allocation rounds; and improvements to the Capacity Market scheme. They will also contribute to shared deliverables with EMRS, National Grid ESO, Ofgem and DESNZ.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the day-to-day activities of progressing both internal and external LCCC change including writing business cases and drafting options analysis
* Develop an in-depth understanding of LCCC’s change process, its products and the end-to-end impacts of these on internal and external stakeholders
* Help evolve and manage the LCCC change process
* Track Change team KPIs and support continuous improvements initiatives to enable high team performance
* Engage with Project Managers, Business Analysts and SMEs to help progress change
* Be the first point of contact for advice and support to stakeholders in understanding and engaging with the change process
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Essential:
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, able to understand and articulate complex issues to all levels of seniority and to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Adept and versatile with the ability to understand and process complex information.
* Be a team player, with strong interpersonal skills, working collaboratively towards a shared vision for the future.
Desirable:
* Experience in the Energy Sector
* Previous use of change/project management tools (Confluence, Jira etc)
