Job Responsibilities:
1. Keep the shop floor running smoothly, maintaining stock and counter presentation to always be 'customer ready'.
2. Confidently approach customers in a warm and friendly manner, listening effectively to understand their needs to find the perfect Skin + Me products for them.
3. Manage customer queries quickly by problem solving effectively.
4. Achieve individual targets and contribute well to the team targets to meet and exceed store goals.
5. Suggest ideas and improvements to drive opportunities for improved customer experience and sales in store.
6. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, store teams, brand partners, and external stakeholders.
7. Work with the Skin + Me Dermatology Team to develop your knowledge of skin concerns, product formulations, ingredients, and more.

6. You will have a sales-driven mindset, with resilience and drive to continuously meet and exceed targets.
7. Knowledge of skincare concerns, ingredients, and product formulations is a plus, but training will be provided by our Skin + Me Experts.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
