As a Test Analyst you will join their journey and be a crucial member of the ServiceNow implementation team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow applications and modules. This role involves designing test plans, executing test cases, and collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to identify and resolve issues in ServiceNow solutions.
Within this role you will
1. Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
2. Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing, to verify that ServiceNow solutions meet specified requirements.
3. Identify and document defects and issues in ServiceNow applications, providing detailed information to developers for resolution.
4. Verify data integrity and consistency within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that data is accurately captured and processed.
