Key Responsibilities:
Visitor Engagement: Extend a warm welcome to all visitors, delivering top-notch customer service. You’ll guide them to the right person or department with a smile. Moreover, you’ll conduct site Health & Safety inductions for visitors and contractors—keeping everyone informed and safe.
Administrative Support:
* Master the art of the telephone, directing calls with professionalism.
* Handle incoming mail like a pro, ensuring timely distribution of documents.
* Keep the reception area sparkling—a beacon of tidiness and organisation.
* Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and in working order.
* Roll up your sleeves to assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as they arise.
Event Support:
* Dive into the planning and execution of company events, from team meetings and conferences to social gatherings.
* Coordinate catering and lunch orders—because a hungry meeting is an unproductive meeting.
* Prepare meeting rooms, making sure they’re ready to impress.
* Help with on-site logistics, ensuring events run smoothly.
General Housekeeping:
* Keep the office environment as neat and organised as a minimalist’s dream.
* Step in to perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Essential Skills:
* Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management prowess.
* A hawk’s eye for detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Top-tier communication and interpersonal abilities—you’re the office diplomat.
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 14:00.
