Job Title: Mortgage Administrator
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 plus bonus

Are you from a Banking, Insurance, Estate Agency, Financial Services or similar background?
Maybe you'll have previous mortgage experience and fancy a change, or even been in an office-based customer service role for a while - and would like to try something different and more specialised.
If so then this Mortgage Administrator role with a leading Brokerage might be for you. This will be a full-time permanent position with excellent salary and benefits. They have a friendly team environment and offer fantastic progression opportunities.
You would be responsible for providing support for mortgage and protection applications, helping drive cases through to completion.
The role is office-based Monday to Friday, hours are 9am – 5:30pm.
Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience, as well as quarterly bonus.

What will you be doing?
1. Seeing applications through to completion
2. Reviewing mortgage applications to rectify any errors
3. Keying in applications, liaising with providers
4. Photocopying, certifying, scanning documents for mortgage applications
5. Updating clients on the progress of their applications
6. Carrying out anti money laundering checks

About you:
1. Ideally experienced within whole of market mortgage industry
2. From an administrative, banking, estate agency or similar office background
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service
6. A team player and able to use your own initiative
