In the role of Service Scheduling Team Leader at METTLER TOLEDO, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of highly skilled specialists who deliver world-class service in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Key Responsibilities :
* Oversee the scheduling of the daily maintenance and repair jobs of Field Service Technicians across Australia
* Provide high quality customer service through phone, email and customer portals
* Ensure technician workloads are scheduled at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance
* Consider logistics, travel and pricing to organise service technicians work efficiently
* Respond to changing needs and requirements, adjusting schedules accordingly
* Manage Work In Process / Open Work Order reports to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed within client KPI timeframes
* Provide accurate information to service technicians using the Salesforce scheduling tool, phone, email and teams
* Collaborate with service managers, sales, finance and other departments to meet the needs of our customers
* Manage a diverse range of activities while prioritising tasks.
