Location: Little Explorers, Grantham
Hours: Up to 37 hours per week
Salary: £12.16 per hour (will increase in April 2025)

Little Explorers nursery setting is for children between the ages of 0-4 years old in nursery and also provides an out of school provision. We strive to provide outstanding care for children. The role:
* Working alongside other members of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
* Key working with an allocated group of children
* Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery
* Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests
* Leading on planning and staffing in your room
* Ensuring all staff in the setting understand their SEN responsibilities
* Liaising with parents and professionals
* Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
