We are looking for Customer Service and Sales Advisors to join our vibrant domestic fuel sales team based in our Castleford office working 37.5 hours per week. This is a temporary position until March 2025.

In a vital role to the success of Certas Energy, our Customer Sales Advisor work in a fast-paced environment helping our domestic heating oil customers with placing their orders andgiving them the experience of exceptionalservice. You will identify all current customer needsand investigate future potential needs,in order to present customers with the relevant products and services that will contribute to their satisfaction.
As a Customer Sales Advisor you will be required to have excellent margin management skills, using a combination of up selling, account management and cross-selling as indicated within KPIs / performance targets. You will also be required to work within a team that aims to exceed expectations of customers by effectively identifying and matching customer needs in a professional, responsive and effective manner.
