What the job involves The Home Finder Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of PRS and TA Supply in delivering key initiatives aimed at managing homelessness and temporary accommodation challenges in Hillingdon. This includes increasing prevention and reducing new temporary accommodation placements, enhancing access to alternative housing options, and reducing the cost of temporary accommodation. You will manage a team, ensuring compliance with PRS standards, and oversee performance reporting, finance, and policy procedures. The role also involves promoting incentives and bond programs and managing placements outside of London, with accountability depending on available funding.
