Key Responsibilities
* Provide coaching and guidance to Customer Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
* Manage stock levels, maintain high standards of housekeeping, and implement sales promotions.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes that drive business growth.
