The role involves learning Empirica, providing know-how to customers, and working closely with our Product Manager to improve software and user experience. You will support customer queries, undertake regular contact to understand their challenges, and develop an understanding of the software space. This role is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with some travel in the UK and internationally. * Desirable Skills:
o Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or Science
o Minimum two years' work experience in an engineering, technical risk, or software environment
o Experience in oil and gas well or production engineering or risk management in oil and gas or related industry
o Strong in IT; competence and confidence with complex technical software
o Team oriented with strong collaboration skills
