We are supporting our client in their search for an experienced Head of Housing Management to lead the delivery of key frontline housing services during a crucial period of change and transformation.
This strategic leadership role will focus on improving service performance, enhancing resident outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
As Head of Housing Management, you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and performance of the housing management service. This includes tenancy services, anti-social behaviour, tenancy sustainment, neighbourhood inspections, tenancy checks, and customer engagement.You'll work as part of the extended housing leadership team, collaborating across departments and with senior stakeholders to deliver a customer-focused, high-performing and compliant housing management offer.
This post also supports wider corporate aims, including financial recovery, safeguarding vulnerable tenants, and delivering value for money.
